Walk for Carers

Service Description

This is a monthly walk and runs all through the year on the Third Thursday of each month. Please contact us if you are interested anytime. Inviting carers of people with disability, mental illness or aged person to attend a free walking event in Hawthorn, connect with other carers, and to learn about the support available. Go for a morning walk, meet other carers, and learn about news, services and support available. After the walk, enjoy a lovely morning tea. Phone us to join!
